Just an update... I transferred Aureylia and my druid alt over this morning (druid's name is TBD, I need to change it when I log in, Fuchsia is already taken).

Not sure what time I'll be on this evening, but hopefully around 7:30 - 8:00.

Hi Omni, Is Andrymas a member of DLI?

Yes, Andrymas/Shabah and Sophiar are great friends of mine. I was welcomed into DLI when my previous guild went south until I could decide where I wanted to settle, then they decided to dissolve it and reform under a new name, a couple days ago. We're still great friends. Just a difference of styles of play.

Previous guild affiliations (if any):  Additionally, why did you leave your previous guild(s)?  Did you leave in good standing?  Do you have any references that we can contact? Previously of Silver Rose, where I was raid leader. The guild began to implode when the GM started having RL issues which started to cause drama in the guild. This is why I left, though in good standing. However, the GM and AGM have since left the server. The new GM would be more than happy to speak for me, I would imagine. More recently of DLI. I can't spell the name of the guild honestly... Dei Lingua Improbulusi I think:P This was my good friend's guild, casual, but I have just left to pursue an atmopshere a little more conducive to raiding effectively. The GM of this guild also would speak for me.



How did you hear about our guild? I have met quite a few players from KoT here and there during my time in WoW. I personally don't know anyone in the guild, however.

What is your WoTLK raiding experience:  Naxx 10 cleared , Naxx 25 a couple quarters, EoE 10, OS 10/25, VoA 10/25, , Ulduar 5-6 bosses 10 man; FL, XT 25 man, Ony 10



Can you commit to spending 3-4 hours for an instance (not necessarily every day, but just on a particular day)?  Do you have RL commitments that would prevent you from attending raids? Nothing currently would prohibit me from raiding 3-4 hours on any given day/night of the week.



Why do you wish to join the guild?  Please cite specific examples of what you like about our guild charter or what you have heard about us. I appreciate that teamwork is emphasized and also that raiding is important but not to the extent that bad behaviour is acceptable.

What do you want to be when you grow up? I'm 33 and still haven't grown up...not sure I want to XD



If you could be any animal, what kind of animal would you be, and why? I'd be a porcupine. I always thought they were pretty cool. They never bother anyone but if someone messes with them they're in for a nastey surprise

The Silver Rose and Dei Lingua Improbulusi. Both were left due to extremely unecessary drama crap type stuff


How did you hear about our guild? I see badassed KoT players eeeeeverywhere. KoT also always comes up in discussion as one of the few raiding guilds with decent human beings!

What times do you normally play (we typically raid from 7-10 Pacific time on weeknights, and noon onwards on weekends): Anytime I'm at home, honestly. When I don't have work, from about 8am Pacific time until midnight PST, or when I have work, from 2pm pst until 11pm pst.



What is your WoTLK raiding experience:  Naxx 10/ Some quarters of Naxx 25, due to constraints of being in a smaller guild that disallowed pugging,  OS 10 and 25, Ulduar 10 (FL, XT, RS, Kol, Aur. We were close to downing Hodir the other week when the instance server crashed, there was a very good chance of downing him as well, but The Scryers server is lazy XD), Ulduar 25 (FL and XT), Ony 10, attempted Ony 25 with Eclispse pug, along with Omni, and have seen the first boss fights of ToC 10. I pick up strategy pretty quickly, though, and have at least read up and researched the fights I haven't done yet

Why do you wish to join the guild?  Please cite specific examples of what you like about our guild charter or what you have heard about us. The first thing that I really liked about the charter was the emphasis on teamwork and unity. Also, I love that this guild promotes helping your fellow man, as that is also my personal philosophy. Last but not least (oh noes, I made a cliche D:) the charter states several different times in several different ways "no whining or griping". Hear hear! As far as things I have heard, I don't have any specific antecedotes, but whenever I hear the members of this guild mentioned, it is always in a positive light, and I greatly respect that. I would very much like to be part of a respectful team, where I could further my abilities as a healer, and have opportunities to help guildmates, and have fun at the same time.


What makes you laugh? Pineapples and tomatillos. Honestly, if something's not offensive, I tend to find it funny.



What song or book or movie has been most inspirational to you? Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West. That might sound odd to someone who hasn't read it, but surprisingly, it is full of good moral lessons.



What do you want to be when you grow up? I'm working on my Photography degree as we speak, then plan to move on to studying sharks as a marine biologist.



If you could be any animal, what kind of animal would you be, and why? I would be a giant squid, so that I could swim up to the surface, go "ooga booga!" to a cruiseliner and make world healines for the next two weeks.



Say you were stranded on a desert island, but could bring one sandwich with you.  What kind of sandwich would it be? Philly Cheesesteak with honey mustard. Probably a really big one, just in case someone was stranded with me, but didn't get the free sandwich option.
